Have a proper breakfast so that you can start the day without hunger:
1 slice of whole wheat bread (35gr) with butter and protein-rich spread:
45 gram roast beef, or
45 gram smoked meat, or
50 gram lean ham, or
50 gram chicken, or
50 gram turkey, or
1 cooked egg, or
100 gram lean flat cheese, or
35 gram lean cheese spread.
1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar and milk, with possibly a sweetener.

You will eat another item at 10 o'clock.
1 slice of whole wheat bread with butter and protein-rich spread as described above.
Lean yoghurt 75 gram.
Canned fruit (60 gram).
Another cup of coffee or tea without sugar. If necessary, you can add a dash of lean milk.

At 13 o'clock. The lunch may also be tasty:
1 slice of whole wheat bread.

(35gr) with butter and 15 gram of cheese, 1 tomato, grilled/tosti and a raw cabbage salad of 50 gram 1 plate lean yoghurt 150 ml with 1/2 a diced apple.

In the afternoon at 16 o'clock:
1 whole wheat cracker with 15 gram of cheese of cheese spread.
Another cup of coffee or tea without sugar. If necessary, you can add a dash of lean milk.

At 18 o'clock the dinner:
1 cup bright bouillon, 100 gram cooked fish of chicken fillet, 2 cups steamed vegetables such as broccoli or cauliflower, 1 mid-sized baked potato.

20 o'clock.
1 whole wheat cracker with slices of cucumber.
Another cup of coffee or tea without sugar. If necessary you may also add a dash of lean milk in this.

Drink at least 1,5 litres of water each day, and put out some greens such as mini tomatoes, carrots of slices of cucumber on the counter.
